Proven experience shipping production software with React and Node.js/TypeScript, owning systems end-to-end.
Hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure, production webhooks, and managing asynchronous background jobs or scheduled tasks.
Design and build end-to-end features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, moving from user problem to production code without PM intervention.
Builder mentality with strong product intuition; comfortable using AI coding tools to accelerate development in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Develop and maintain complex multi-step workflows, background jobs, and webhook-driven integrations to automate manual legal tasks.
Architect and secure our AWS cloud environment, ensuring scalability and resilience as we expand our user base.
Own the product end-to-end, from frontend to infrastructure, working with the technical lead to ship features and define engineering direction.

Join Crumb as our first dedicated engineering hire to build agentic AI tools and a marketplace for in-house legal teams. You will own the product end-to-end, from frontend to infrastructure, working directly with the technical lead. This is a founding-level role where you will ship features that automate complex legal workflows and eliminate manual processes.
