Job description

Position: Thai-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (Southeast Asia)
Employment Type: Service Contract/Self-Employed (No Full-Time Employment Contract)
Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide live support to global clients via chat, phone, and email.

  • Manage email responses, client account openings/updates, record maintenance, and back-office inquiries.

  • Deliver outstanding phone etiquette and issue resolution across departments.

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for trading platforms.

  • Handle inquiries professionally, uphold top-tier service standards, and promote products/services with full details.

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Support team goals by meeting performance targets and reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • Native or fully fluent Thai speaker (spoken and written); English fluency at B2 level or higher.

  • Proven experience at FX brokers required.

  • Prior customer support roles strongly preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Availability: Monday–Friday schedule.
