Roles & Responsibilities

Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven track record leading QA teams with a focus on warehouse management and WMS (preferably Koerber) in regional environments.
Advanced mastery of Koerber WMS (HighJump) and hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium and Playwright.
Deep understanding of warehouse operations (Inbound/Outbound/Inventory), Agile methodologies, and defect-tracking/test lifecycle management.

Requirements:

Define and lead the comprehensive testing strategy for the Koerber WMS implementation and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review technical and functional requirements.
Design exhaustive test scenarios covering inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes, and oversee manual and automated test execution.
Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium and Playwright) to optimize regression times and improve overall test coverage, while ensuring effective defect resolution and stakeholder communication.

What are we looking for?

A visionary QA Lead - Koerber (WMS) with over 5 years of experience leading quality strategies and a solid mastery of warehouse processes (inbound, inventory, and outbound). The ideal candidate combines a sharp analytical mindset with key expertise in the Koerber platform to ensure operational excellence across every logistical flow.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the comprehensive testing strategy for the implementation and optimization of the Koerber WMS system.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review technical and functional business requirements.
Design exhaustive test scenarios covering inbound, inventory management, and outbound shipping processes.
Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to ensure system stability prior to deployment.
Manage technical communication between development teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient defect resolution.
Implement automation frameworks that optimize regression times and improve overall test coverage.

Requirements

Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: Proven track record leading QA teams, with a specific focus on warehouse management and WMS systems (preferably Koerber), demonstrating the ability to coordinate high-complexity deliveries in regional environments.

Technical Knowledge

Advanced mastery of Koerber WMS (HighJump).
Test automation with Selenium.
Test automation with Playwright.
Deep understanding of warehouse operations (Inbound/Outbound/Inventory).
Agile software development methodologies.
Management of defect tracking tools and test life cycles.
