The Role: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive growth by generating new business opportunities, expanding the partner network, and supporting market development for new software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, resourceful, and eager to grow into partner management or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Qualify and nurture prospects using CRM tools (Dynamics 365)
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners (resellers, VARs, MSPs)
  • Effectively communicate the value of partnership with the company
  • Research market trends and support the introduction of new solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and manage the partner ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate lead, partner, and opportunity tracking

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Teams
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven
