NTT DATA is seeking to hire a Temporary - US-Remote, Scrum Master to work for our end client and their team starting on April 20, 2026. This is a W2, payroll position with NTT Data (C2C, Agency or Sponsorship are not approved for this job opportunity).
Core Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, from planning through production release and stabilization.
- Drive cross-team technical alignment and dependency management, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Enterprise
Technology to ensure scalable and coordinated execution.
- Lead enterprise release readiness and risk management, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and production standards in a
regulated environment.
- Provide executive-level visibility into program health, including milestones, risks, trade-offs, and delivery forecasts.
- Improve delivery predictability and operational excellence by defining program metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous process improvements.
Minimum Required Job Qualifications:
- Must have Scrum Master Certification
- 5β8+ years Proven program leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments; Healthcare experience preferred.
- 5+ years of technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and production operations (without necessarily being hands-on coding).
- 5+ years using Jira or similar agile project management tools
-1 year of experience working with hospital health systems, clinical healthcare industry
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Influence-drive leadership style, with strong executive communication skills, structured problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity;
-Agile or TPM certifications are a plus.
Reporting & Team Structure
- Reports day-to-day to Delivery Director
- Works closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams.
- EST/CST overlap required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 62-65.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
