Roles & Responsibilities

3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and its ecosystem (Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry)
Strong background in real-time data processing, event-driven architectures, and data modeling with Apache Avro
Experience building and integrating data pipelines across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and exposing services via REST APIs and microservices
Willingness to complete a coding test as part of the interview process

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based data pipelines using Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry for real-time processing
Implement event-driven architectures and scalable streaming solutions across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Kafka messaging with REST APIs and secure authentication mechanisms, plus implement monitoring and alerting
Tune performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and security of streaming platforms; participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
