Requirements:

  • Proofread final reports and perform desk-based research to expand the Therapeutic Area knowledge base; begin writing content for new indications
  • Assist with client management and presentations by attending client readouts, tracking follow-up requests, and delivering ad-hoc materials
  • Support documentation and data handling, including coding open-end files, maintaining accurate client meeting notes, and recording revisions to research methodologies, survey instruments, or data analysis procedures

Job Description – Senior Insights Analyst

Overview
The primary role of the Senior Insights Analyst is to support the end to end insights generation process using our proprietary market research data across one or more of the specialty therapy areas. The position reports to either an Associate Insights Director, Insights Director, or Franchise Head and is based in Exton, PA. Applicants who do not live locally can be considered for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

To add incremental value to the Spherix insights generation process by:
  • Develop frame out for data visualization, typically in PowerPoint format
  • Check survey links and track changes to ensure survey logic is accurate.
  • Keep up to date with disease landscape
  • Proofread final reports
  • Desk-based research to increase Therapeutic Area Knowledge base
  • Begin writing content for new indications

To provide assistance with client management and presentations:
  • Attend client readouts, track follow-up requests and provide ad-hoc deliverables

Key Deliverables
  • Assisting in coding open end files.
  • Developing frame outs for client deliverables.

  • Documentation of any revisions, updates, or modifications made to research methodologies, survey instruments, or data analysis procedures throughout the research process.

Education & Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Clear and demonstrable strength in data analysis and insights generation  
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Required working knowledge and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel and SPSS
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of writing skills, highlighting the capacity to explains complex therapeutic and commercial points
  • Proven experience in communicating to clients via emails and/or in-person or virtual discussions

Other relevant information:
Compensation package includes competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience, as well as an annual bonus linked to franchise and company profitability. Some travel commitments to attend medical conferences and client meetings
