The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and personable Territory Sales Representative to grow our Southern California territory (Orange County and surrounding markets), focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region. Warehouses supporting this territory are located in Jurupa Valley, CALivermore, CA, Grand Prairie, TX and Salt Lake City, UT.


Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000

  • Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
  • High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $135,000 total compensation as territory matures.
  • Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
