Essential Functions
Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan with guidance from your District Sales Manager
Build and maintain relationships with engineers, plant managers, maintenance teams, and purchasing decision-makers
Identify and capture new business opportunities, while growing existing accounts
Provide application expertise and technical guidance for fluid power solutions
Partner with inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
Manage your pipeline, forecast, and territory performance using CRM and sales tools
Experience, Education and Skills
3+ years of B2B industrial or fluid power sales experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, motion control, OEM focus preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting
Strong track record of new business development and account growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a territory independently
Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma in fluid power, or equivalent industry experience
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, some overnight travel may be required
