You Will:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Partner with our marketing team to develop creative visuals that align with business goals.
• Evolve and extend our existing brand elements to solve new design challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the content team, providing creative ideas to inspire and support their content strategy.
• Design for various platforms, including social media and email marketing, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
• Utilize AI tools for visual and video content creation to enhance creative output.
• Conduct A/B testing on a variety of assets, including emails, Meta ads, and social media ads, to optimize performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with the Team Lead to maintain and evolve our brand identity.

You Are:

• A designer with 1–3 years of professional experience.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experienced in using AI tools for visual and video content generation (such as Veo3, Midjourney, etc.).
• Passionate about social media trends and eager to learn new tools and design trends.
• Enjoying generating new ideas and pushing creative boundaries.
• Strong in understanding marketing strategies and aligning design with business objectives.
• Detail-oriented and ensures consistency across all projects.
• An excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Independent and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experienced in working with tech companies (a strong plus).
