- Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to facilitate smooth loan approval

- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing mortgage lending

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners

- Stay informed about industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory changes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid mortgage loan originator license in accordance with state and federal regulations

- Proven experience in mortgage lending or related financial services

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting procedures, and compliance standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in mortgage software and CRM systems
