  • Communicate accessibility policies and processes clearly to members of the university community.
  • Work collaboratively with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and University Counsel to support equitable solutions.
  • Use strong listening and conflict-resolution skills to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Academic Operations & Accreditation Support

  • Coordinate documentation and reporting required for institutional and programmatic accreditation.
  • Support academic leaders with research, organization, and submission of accreditation materials.
  • Manage reporting requirements for state Boards of Nursing where Joyce University offers programs.
  • Track timelines and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on schedule through strong project management practices.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the Provost.
