In this exciting role as a Field Services Engineer, you will be supporting maintenance and repairs of The Mazor™ robotic guidance system and The O-arm™ surgical imaging system within our Surgical Solutions Portfolio for spinal and cranial procedures in hospitals within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

This role will require up to 75% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Location: Individuals must reside within 60 minutes of Philadelphia to successfully support this territory.
Territory: This position will also support a territory that includes Downtown Philadelphia, Newark Delaware and Southern New Jersey (South of Trenton, New Jersey).
Travel: This position will require up to 75% of travel.
TECHNICIAN SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Provides technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development. Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performs detailed mathematical calculations. For higher levels, may suggest and/or make improvements to optimize work processes.
DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS
Autonomy: Seasoned individual contributor, working under limited supervision, and providing assistance and training to lower level employees.
Runs minor projects, including performing tests, interpreting data, developing reports.
Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Medical device experience
Biomed Experience
Electrical or Mechanical equipment experience
Electronics experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
