Huawei MW RTN Trainer (Freelance / Online)

Location: Remote / Online

Experience: 10+ years in Telecom Microwave (MW) Network Operations & Maintenance

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on Huawei RTN Operations and Maintenance.
  

• Explain and demonstrate network fault detection, alarm management, and troubleshooting processes.
  

• Prepare, review, and validate training materials for RTN network operations.
  

• Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
  

• Share real-world operational insights and best practices for network management.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Huawei MW RTN technology.
  

• Hands-on experience with RTN network operations, FM, AM, and troubleshooting.
  

• Familiarity with microwave network architecture, radio links, and protocols.
  

• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
  

• Prior experience as a telecom trainer or SME preferred.
