Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Huawei IMS Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on IMS Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical and hands-on lab sessions to ensure participants gain practical knowledge of IMS network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Huawei IMS Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for IMS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Provide real-world operational insights and best practices to participants.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Huawei IMS technology.
Hands-on experience with FM, AM, and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of IMS architecture and telecom protocols.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Previous experience as a telecom trainer or subject matter expert (SME) is preferred.
