Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Huawei OSS Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on OSS Administration, including Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) interfaces, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical lab exercises to ensure participants gain hands-on expertise in managing Huawei OSS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Huawei OSS Administration, covering NB and SB interfaces.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for OSS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Provide real-world operational insights and best practices to participants.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Huawei OSS technology.
Hands-on experience with NB, SB, FM, AM, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with OSS architecture, telecom protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or SME preferred.
