Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ericsson Core Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on Core Network Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and practical lab exercises to ensure participants gain hands-on expertise in managing Ericsson Core networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Ericsson Core Network Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for Core network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Ericsson Core network technology.
Hands-on experience with FM, AM, and troubleshooting Core network systems.
Understanding of Core network architecture, LTE/5G protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
