Strong expertise in Ericsson IMS technology

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ericsson IMS Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on IMS Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and practical lab exercises to ensure participants gain hands-on expertise in managing Ericsson IMS networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Ericsson IMS Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for IMS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Ericsson IMS technology.
