Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ericsson NPO Trainer to deliver training on Capacity Dimensioning, RF Planning & Optimization, and Performance Management. The trainer will provide theoretical knowledge as well as hands-on practical sessions to help participants gain expertise in network planning, optimization techniques, and performance monitoring for Ericsson networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Capacity Dimensioning and network resource planning.
Explain RF Planning and Optimization techniques for efficient network coverage and quality.
Teach Performance Management concepts, including KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and network optimization.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials and lab exercises.
Conduct hands-on lab sessions and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights for Ericsson NPO networks.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Ericsson NPO technology and network planning tools.
Hands-on experience in Capacity Planning, RF Optimization, and Performance Management.
Familiarity with telecom network architecture, RF design, and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
