Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Core Trainer to deliver training on Core Network Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises to ensure participants gain practical expertise in managing Cisco Core networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Cisco Core Network Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for Core network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Cisco Core network technology.
Hands-on experience in FM, AM, and troubleshooting Core network systems.
Understanding of Core network architecture, LTE/5G protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
