Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cisco IMS Trainer to deliver training on IMS Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises to ensure participants gain practical expertise in managing Cisco IMS networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Cisco IMS Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for IMS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.
