Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mavenir IMS Trainer to deliver training on IMS Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises to ensure participants gain practical expertise in managing Mavenir IMS networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Mavenir IMS Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for IMS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Mavenir IMS technology.
Hands-on experience in FM, AM, and IMS network troubleshooting.
Understanding of IMS architecture, telecom protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
