ZTE RAN Trainer

Location: Remote / Online

Experience: 10+ years in Telecom RAN Operations & Maintenance

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ZTE RAN Trainer to deliver training on RAN Operations and Maintenance, including Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises to ensure participants gain practical expertise in managing ZTE RAN networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on ZTE RAN Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for RAN network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in ZTE RAN technology.
Hands-on experience in FM, AM, and RAN network troubleshooting.
Understanding of RAN architecture, LTE/5G protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
