ZTE IMS Trainer

Location: Remote

Experience: 10+ years in Telecom IMS Operations & Maintenance

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ZTE IMS Trainer to deliver training on IMS Operations and Maintenance, covering Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises, ensuring participants gain practical expertise in managing ZTE IMS networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on ZTE IMS Operations and Maintenance.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for IMS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in ZTE IMS technology.
Hands-on experience in FM, AM, and IMS network troubleshooting.
Understanding of IMS architecture, telecom protocols, and network management systems.
