Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ZTE OSS Trainer to deliver training on OSS Administration, including Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) interfaces, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and troubleshooting. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises, ensuring participants gain practical expertise in managing ZTE OSS networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on ZTE OSS Administration covering NB and SB interfaces.
Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
Teach troubleshooting methodologies for OSS network issues.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in ZTE OSS technology.
Hands-on experience with NB, SB, FM, AM, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of OSS architecture, telecom protocols, and network management systems.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
