Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ZTE NPO Trainer to deliver training on Capacity Dimensioning, RF Planning & Optimization, and Performance Management. The trainer will provide both theoretical sessions and hands-on lab exercises to ensure participants gain practical expertise in planning, optimizing, and monitoring ZTE networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on Capacity Dimensioning and network resource planning.
Explain RF Planning and Optimization techniques for efficient network coverage and quality.
Teach Performance Management concepts, including KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and network optimization.
Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
Share best practices and real-world operational insights for network planning and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in ZTE NPO technology and planning tools.
Hands-on experience in Capacity Planning, RF Optimization, and Performance Management.
Understanding of network architecture, RF design, and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Prior experience as a telecom trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) preferred.
