Ericsson MW Trainer 

Location: Remote / Online

Experience: 10+ years in Telecom Microwave (MW) Network Operations & Maintenance

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on Ericsson MW Operations and Maintenance.
  

• Explain and demonstrate Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) processes.
  

• Teach troubleshooting methodologies for MW network issues.
  

• Prepare, review, and validate training materials.
  

• Conduct hands-on lab exercises and practical case studies.
  

• Share best practices and real-world operational insights.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Ericsson MW technology.
  

• Hands-on experience in FM, AM, and MW network troubleshooting.
  

• Understanding of MW network architecture, radio links, and telecom protocols.
  

• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
  

• Prior experience as a telecom trainer or SME preferred.
