Juniper MPBN Trainer / Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Juniper MPBN professional to support training programs and network operations. The candidate will handle Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting for Multiprotocol Broadband Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Juniper MPBN network operations.
  

• Provide hands-on guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM).
  

• Perform network troubleshooting for Juniper MPBN equipment.
  

• Assist in creating training content, labs, and assessments.
  

• Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities for MPBN networks.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Juniper MPBN architecture and deployment.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting procedures.
  

• Ability to train and mentor engineers effectively.
  

• Familiarity with network monitoring and reporting tools.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MPBN operations, preferably with Juniper equipment.
