Samsung OSS Trainer / Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Samsung OSS professional to deliver training and operational support for OSS (Operations Support System). The candidate will handle Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting for Samsung OSS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Samsung OSS operations and workflows.
  

• Provide guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM).
  

• Perform troubleshooting of OSS processes and interfaces.
  

• Assist in preparing training content, lab exercises, and assessment material.
  

• Support ongoing OSS operations and maintenance activities.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Samsung OSS systems and modules.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting procedures.
  

• Ability to train and mentor engineers on OSS operations.
  

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and reporting procedures.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in OSS operations, preferably with Samsung equipment.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in multivendor OSS environments.
  

• Prior training delivery experience for engineers.
