Samsung MW Trainer / Engineer – Microwave Network Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Samsung MW professional to support training programs and operations for microwave (MW) transport networks. The candidate will handle Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting of Samsung MW links.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Samsung MW network operations.
  

• Provide guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM) for MW links.
  

• Perform troubleshooting and optimization of MW transport networks.
  

• Assist in creating training material, lab exercises, and assessments.
  

• Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities for microwave networks.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Samsung Microwave network deployment and operation.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting MW links.
  

• Ability to train and mentor engineers on MW network operations.
  

• Familiarity with network monitoring and reporting tools.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MW network operations, preferably with Samsung equipment.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in multivendor MW transport environments.
  

• Prior training delivery experience for engineers or technical teams.
