Samsung IMS Trainer / Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Samsung IMS professional to support training programs and network operations. The candidate will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting of Samsung IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) network elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Samsung IMS network operations.
  

• Provide guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM).
  

• Troubleshoot IMS core network elements such as CSCF, HSS, MRF, and SBC.
  

• Assist in developing training content, lab exercises, and assessment material.
  

• Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities for IMS networks.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Samsung IMS architecture and deployment.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting procedures.
  

• Familiarity with IMS protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP) and network interfaces.
  

• Ability to train and mentor engineers on IMS operations and troubleshooting.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IMS operations, preferably with Samsung equipment.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in multivendor IMS networks.
  

• Prior training delivery experience for engineers or technical teams.
