Samsung RAN Trainer / Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Samsung RAN professional to support training programs and network operations. The candidate will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting of Samsung RAN networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Samsung RAN network operations.
  

• Provide guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM).
  

• Perform troubleshooting and optimization of RAN elements.
  

• Assist in creating training material, lab exercises, and assessment content.
  

• Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities for RAN networks.
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience with Samsung RAN architecture and deployment.
  

• Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting procedures.
  

• Ability to train and mentor engineers on RAN network operations.
  

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and reporting procedures.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in RAN operations, preferably with Samsung equipment.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in multivendor telecom environments.
  

• Prior training delivery experience for engineers or technical teams.
