Requirements:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through online databases, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach including cold calling.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' skill sets and move qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline following HR protocols.
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database with notes, codes, and contact methods; build talent pipelines and network to recruit active and passive candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding procedures and participate in transfer processes; handle heavy daily phone activity to generate resumes and identify leads; complete additional projects as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a recruiter that can balance a heavy administrative workload while simultaneously working to fill our open positions.


You will receive training in:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates using online databases, networking and employee referrals
  • Cold calling and communicating with possible candidates. You are comfortable with directly approaching candidates that are often not actively looking for a new opportunity
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings in order to assess a candidate's skill sets
  • Move qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database through thorough candidates notes, codes and contact methods
  • Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
  • Participate actively in transfer process that will allow company to keep core staff actively working
  • Heavy daily phone activity is required for generating and following up on resumes and identifying leads
  • Assist with all new start and on-boarding procedures
  • Additional projects as assigned


Qualifications:
