About the Position:

Epic Specialty Staffing, Diagnostic and Imaging Division, is looking for a Recruiter, Diagnostic & Imaging who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Epic Staffing Group’s Specialty Strategic Business Unit, Diagnostic and Imaging division.

About Us:

Epic Specialty Staffing, Diagnostic and Imaging Division offers staffing solutions focused on providing remote radiologists who can seamlessly “plug in” to a radiology practice or hospital to provide after hours or surge-support to provide remote reading services.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including businesses and organizations seeking recruitment services. 

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. 

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process, addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Who You Are:

  • You are driven by achieving measurable results, meeting sales targets, and exceeding business development goals.

  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

  • You are able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

What You've Done:

  • One year of experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm is preferred.

Salary: $25/hour
