  • Perform basic reconciliations of financial transactions, including expenses and invoices

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and familiarity with tools like Xero or similar software. 
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is an advantage

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Perform basic reconciliations of financial transactions, including expenses and invoices.
  • Schedule and post content across social media platforms based on provided guidelines. 
  • Monitor engagement metrics and compile basic reports on social media performance.
  • Assist with creating simple graphics or copy for posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Support ad hoc projects as required by the leadership team.
