Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or a related field
  • At least 3 years of medical device sales experience; foreign company background preferred
  • Knowledge of ophthalmology or medical devices and ability to operate devices, understand systems and troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem-solving, teamwork and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Develop and promote the company's products in the target region and achieve sales targets
  • Manage customers in the target region, including establishing and updating customer data and maintaining relationships
  • Provide customers with necessary technical knowledge and applications, and maintain customers' latest information
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data and daily sales activities in the CRM system

1.    负责公司产品在目标区域内的开发和推广,并达成公司的销售目标。

2.    负责目标区域内客户的管理,包括建立及更新客户资料,维护客户关系等工作。

3.    为客户提供必要的技术知识和应用,并维护客户的最新信息。

4.    确保CRM系统里客户数据和日常销售活动的完整性与准确性。

5.    根据公司管理政策与制度,按要求完成销售报告。

6.    搜集区域内竞争对手的信息。                      

 

职位要求:

  1. 本科或以上学历,医学或相关专业毕业。                                                          
  2. 从事三年或以上医疗器械的销售经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑。
  3. 具备眼科或医疗器械业务知识者优先。
  4. 具备操作医疗器械的知识或经验,并了解其系统和故障排除。
  5. 出色的人际交往能力,能够有效地与各种不同的客户合作。
  6. 优秀的沟通和表达技巧
  7. 较强的分析问题解决能力
  8. 强大的团队合作和项目管理
  9. 纪律严明、有上进心的人,能够在最少的监督下远程独立工作。
