Roles & Responsibilities

  • Over 7 years of experience building and delivering Data Technical Architecture solutions.
  • At least 5 years delivering Technical Reference Architecture blueprints for BI/Reporting, MDM, DQ, Data Lake, and Data Marts use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure data technologies (Azure Data Lake, Databricks) and governance/metadata tooling (Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Unity Catalog, Collibra, Informatica MDM/IDQ/Policy Engine).
  • Security architecture experience for data platforms, including RBAC, controls, provisioning and deprovisioning patterns; experience with batch and near real-time data ingestion/processing.

Requirements:

  • Deliver technical reference architecture blueprints to support BI/Reporting, MDM, DQ, Data Lake, and Data Marts use cases.
  • Architect and oversee Azure Data Platform components (Data Lake, Databricks) and governance tooling to ensure alignment with security, governance, and platform standards.
  • Support batch, on-demand, and near real-time data ingestion, processing, transformation, and provisioning/ consumption use cases.
  • Design and implement security architecture patterns for data platforms, including RBAC, controls, provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

Position: AZURE Data Technical Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months plus

Over 7 years' experience with building and delivering Data Technical Architecture (Data Solution Architecture) solutions - At least 5 years of experience with o Delivering Technical Reference Architecture blueprints to support BI/Reporting, MDM, DQ, Data Lake, Data Marts use cases. o Working knowledge and experience with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Lake and Analytical platforms; experience with technologies like Azure Cloud ecosystem, Databricks, Informatica MDM, Informatica IDQ, Informatica Policy Engine, Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog is required. o Support batch, on-demand, near real-time data ingestion/processing-transformation/provisioning consumption use cases. o Security Architecture experience with Data Platforms (RBACs, Controls, Provisioning, Deprovisioning patterns).
