Job description

Senior Amazon Brand Manager (Full‑Time, Remote)

GNO Partners is hiring experienced Amazon Brand Managers to own end‑to‑end growth for 7‑ and 8‑figure Amazon brands.

About GNO Partners

Founded by Gal and Ouriel - operators who built two 7‑figure Amazon brands from scratch and exited them for nearly 8 figures - GNO Partners has helped 800 brands scale using the exact frameworks and systems we built for our own exits. Today, our fully remote team supports 350+ clients worldwide.

We’re not a traditional Done‑For‑You agency. We operate as a Hybrid Done‑With‑You firm: we embed strategies, systems, and SOPs into our clients’ businesses so they can scale sustainably.

The Role

As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager, you’ll be the primary owner of growth for an assigned 7 or 8-figure Amazon brand. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across PPC, organic ranking, pricing/offer strategy, and P&L optimization. You’ll collaborate with our internal specialists and the client’s team to hit aggressive revenue and profit targets.

This is a full‑time role supporting 7‑ and 8‑figure brands.

What You’ll Own

  • PPC management - Own the entire PPC management end-to-end: campaign build, regular optimization, eliminating wasted spend, harvesting keywords, budget and bid management, and ongoing performance reviews - all by following our SOPs and playbooks.

  • Ranking, SEO, and listings - Deep dives into Search Query Performance to surface opportunities and drive organic ranking; keyword research and clustering; listing optimization (titles, bullets, A+); align search-centric PPC to support ranking.

  • Offers, pricing, and promotions - Structure and test pricing, coupons, deals, and bundles to lift CVR and protect margin; plan event moments to accelerate ranking.

  • P&L and fees optimization - Read and improve the brand P&L; optimize ad spend; optimize Amazon fees where possible; maintain healthy contribution margins.

  • Operations and catalog health - Coordinate basic supply chain needs (restock plans, inventory risk, restock limits, inventory forecasting) and troubleshoot fundamental catalog issues (suppressions, variation merges and splits, browse nodes and contributions) that block growth.

  • Competitive insight and reporting - Use DataDive and Helium10 to map competitors and keyword gaps, then produce clear weekly summaries and action plans.

What You Bring

  • 4–5+ years managing or advising Amazon brands at $3M+ annual revenue (Minimum).

  • Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, SQPR, organic ranking mechanics, and keyword research.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills; fluent with P&Ls and contribution margin.

  • Proven track record improving ACOS, CVR, and organic rank through coordinated PPC + SEO + offers.

  • Tools mastery: Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, etc.), DataDive, and Sellerboard (or similar P&L tools).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive ownership mindset; thrives in remote, fast‑paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across multiple marketplaces (US/EU/UK) and categories.

  • Listing creative testing and image optimization chops.

  • Variation strategy expertise (when to split/merge, parent‑child architecture).

Why Join Us

  • Work with serious 7‑ and 8‑figure brands.

  • Partner with real operators, not just consultants - systems built by people who’ve scaled and exited 7 & 8-figure brands.

  • Real ownership, clear targets, and data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Fully remote, collaborative culture with high standards and strong support.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Employment: Full‑time, remote. Typical hours 7:00–15:00 EST (Flexible).

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
