  • Organize and oversee workflow, sprint planning, backlog refinement; maintain Jira tickets with acceptance criteria; monitor delivery metrics and adjust plans as needed
  • Monitor budget vs. WBS completion, plan monthly GPM, track estimated completion time vs deadlines, escalate deviations
  • Lead client meetings, prepare weekly and sprint reports, manage change requests with impact assessment, maintain stakeholder communication and NPS tracking
  • Identify, document, and monitor project risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks to C-level; maintain and regularly update the Risk Register

πŸš€ We expect you to perform such Responsibilities:

Delivery & Workflow Management

  • Organize and optimize team workflow: task assignment, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog refinement;

  • Create and maintain clear Jira tickets with acceptance criteria;

  • Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, Gantt progress) and prepare action plans if performance drops below target;

  • Monitor deadlines, scope, and roadmap adjustments.

Budget & Financial Control

  • Monitor budget vs. WBS completion and escalate deviations;

  • Plan and calculate monthly GPM;

  • Track estimated completion time vs. deadlines and proactively notify management about risks.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Lead client meetings (weekly syncs, demos, retrospectives);

  • Prepare and send weekly and sprint reports;

  • Manage change requests with impact assessment (budget, timeline, risks);

  • Maintain stakeholder communication and NPS tracking;

  • Support long-term client relationships.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify, document, and monitor project risks;

  • Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks to C-level when needed;

  • Maintain and regularly update the Risk Register.

Documentation & Contract Management

  • Maintain SRS, SDD, Gantt chart, and project documentation according to SDLC;

  • Prepare SOW and MSA (with C-level approval);

  • Ensure contracts are signed and properly stored;

  • Manage version control of requirements and scope changes.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Run daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, demos;

  • Conduct monthly 1:1s and collaborate with HR on team health;

  • Monitor team performance, motivation, and burnout risks;

  • Coordinate with QA, Tech Lead, UI/UX, and Delivery Manager;

  • Initiate performance reviews or replacement processes when required.

Pre-Sale & RFX Participation

  • Prepare WBS, GPM, sitemap, and proposals within 48 hours;

  • Support pre-sale calls and present RFX outcomes when needed.
