Requirements:

Provide Mandarin-to-English and English-to-Mandarin interpretation for medical and legal conversations via OPI, VRI, and scheduled sessions
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality during all interpreted sessions
Ensure technical readiness and troubleshoot equipment connections to support high-quality interpretation
Demonstrate professionalism with clear communication, accurate note-taking, and high accuracy under time pressure

About US:

We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Medical and Legal Interpreters for Over-the-Phone (OPI), Video Remote (VRI), and scheduled sessions.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional interpretation experience (this is a must)
Specialization: Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors (Please include your Experience in your English Resume)
Flexibility: Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.
Professionalism: High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Technical Requirements and certificates:
