Roles & Responsibilities

Completed vocational training in automotive or agricultural machinery mechatronics or electrical trades (electrician for energy, building, machine and drive technology)
Willingness to perform field service with customer support and regional travel
Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn; organized, self-directed, customer-oriented, and able to work in a team
Good MS Office and PC skills

Requirements:

Perform service and maintenance on workshop equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical) according to legal regulations and manufacturer specifications
Carry out assembly and commissioning of workshop equipment
Process and summarize order documentation
Provide technical phone support and ensure communication between customer and internal service

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Du übernimmst Service- und Wartungstätigkeiten an Werkstattausrüstung (mechanisch, hydraulisch, pneumatisch und elektrisch), nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Hersteller Vorgaben
Du führst die Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Werkstattausrüstung durch
Du arbeitest die Auftragsunterlagen auf und fasst diese zusammen
Du leistest technischen Support am Telefon sowie Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Innendienst

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kfz- oder Landmaschinenmechatroniker oder im Elektrohandwerk als Elektroniker für Energie-, Gebäude- Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik
Du hast Freude am Kundensupport im Außendienst
Du bringst eine hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie technische Lernbereitschaft mit
Du hast eine organisierte, selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit
Du hast gute MS Office und PC-Kenntnisse
Du bist bereit regional zu Reisen
