Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of direct sales growth and meeting profitability targets in industrial or technical markets
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and manage activities across multiple regions
  • Experience or knowledge in the industrial metallurgy sector (steel mills and related industrial systems) is preferred

Requirements:

  • Growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services
  • Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars
  • Visit existing and potential customers in the Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, and Yunnan industrial metallurgy sectors (primarily steel mills and industrial system suppliers); drive technical and commercial communications; generate orders; and travel frequently to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
