Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for an experienced team Lead to join our Helpware team.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of cold calling sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and

motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives within short timeframes.

· Conduct extensive cold calling activities to prospect new clients, engaging with them and establishing initial relationships.

· Effectively manage the entire sales cycle for short-term client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals within a 30 to 60-day timeframe.

· Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their immediate business needs and aligning our digital marketing solutions, including websites, to meet their short-term objectives.

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing.

· Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting key

achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement within short-term client relationships.
