Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the ESG Director to develop and execute ESG strategy across Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars
  • Lead and coordinate decarbonization initiatives, including GHG reduction strategies, alternative and future fuels, and fleet-wide decarbonization planning
  • Lead the preparation of the Sustainability Report, including planning, data coordination, content development, and internal review processes
  • Monitor and consolidate evolving global ESG regulations that can impact the shipping industry, with support from Government Relations, Legal, TechOps, Operations, and HR

How will you contribute to our success?:
  • Collaborate with the ESG Director in the development and execution of the ESG strategy across the Environmental, Social, and Governance pillars

  • Lead the preparation of the Sustainability Report, including planning, data coordination, content development, and internal review processes
  • Monitor and consolidate evolving global ESG related regulations that can impact the shipping industry, with the support of Government Relations, Fuel Procurement, Legal, TechOps, Operations, HR, etc
  • Act as a key liaison between ESG, technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and execution of ESG priorities

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
