  • Progress through personalized certification goals to conduct client-facing training sessions for System Administrators across virtual, in-person, and workshop formats.
  • Identify gaps in training content and delivery, evaluate effectiveness, and implement enhancements; conduct site visits or facilitate in-person AME sessions to boost engagement, and handle ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Job description

Overview:

The Trainer III is responsible for delivering high-impact training programs, supporting product launches, and ensuring an exceptional client learning experience. This role combines advanced facilitation skills, instructional content development, and product expertise to drive client success. The Trainer III also partners with Training Advisors on complex client engagements, conducts customized training sessions, and contributes to continuous improvement in training content and delivery. 

Responsibilities:
  •  Execute all primary responsibilities outlined for Trainer I & II roles, including delivering high-impact training, developing and maintaining instructional content, supporting product launches, mentoring peers, managing training environments, product ownership, and contributing to process improvements.  
  • Assist Training Advisors with scoping, discovery, and pre-train calls and help develop customized training agendas and schedules for clients with intricate product stacks. 
  • Progress through personalized certification goals as a means to conduct client-facing training sessions for System Administrators. This can include virtual live training, in-person live training, and workshop training.* 
  • Identify and address gaps in training content and delivery in designated product ownership areas by proactively evaluating effectiveness and implementing enhancements to ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience. 
  • Conduct property site visits and/or facilitate in-person AME working sessions (OneSite – Accounting Month-end) to enhance client engagement and training effectiveness*  
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, supporting team objectives and adapting to evolving business needs. 
Qualifications:

 

 Required Knowledge/skills/abilities

  • 2+ years of experience as a Trainer II or commensurate experience  
  • Demonstrate all Trainer I & II knowledge, skills, and abilities 
  • Full proficiency in OneSite and/or Accounting Post Migration Training 
  • Advanced understanding of Adult Learning principles & facilitation/engagement techniques 
  • Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to effectively facilitate client-facing calls with a variety of audiences 

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 

  • This is a remote position that requires the ability to work effectively from a home office environment. 
  • Requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, which may include domestic flights, driving, and extended periods away from home  
  • The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including extensive use of video conferencing and digital communication tools. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10+ pounds occasionally (e.g., transporting materials or equipment during travel). 
  • Travel may involve varying environmental conditions, including airports, hotels, client sites, and training venues. 
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different US time zones and travel schedules. 
  • Must be able to adapt to changing work environments and maintain productivity while traveling. 
Pay Range: USD $85,200.00 - USD $145,200.00 /Yr.
