We are seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that shape our financial strategy and performance. A key focus of this role will be supporting our small business initiative - leveraging financial insights to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and enhance service delivery for our small business clients.

 

Day to day you'll...

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and improve financial outcomes
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership
  • Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for key business decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting

 

What you'll bring to the team...:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance that includes leadership experience 
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
