JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Projetar soluções utilizando serviços da AWS para IA generativa, como Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker.
Definir padrões de orquestração de agentes, integração com APIs e workflows corporativos.
Desenvolver e implementar AI Agents capazes de executar tarefas, consultas e automações complexas.
Construir pipelines de RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) para acesso a dados corporativos.
Integrar agentes com sistemas bancários, APIs internas e plataformas digitais.
Implementar memória de agentes, ferramentas (tools) e mecanismos de reasoning.
Aplicar AI Agents para acelerar desenvolvimento e modernização de aplicações.
Apoiar iniciativas de Smart Engineering e AI-assisted development.
Garantir aderência a requisitos de segurança, compliance e governança de dados do setor financeiro.
Definir modelos de observabilidade e métricas de performance para agentes de IA.
Monitorar qualidade de respostas, latência e custo de inferência.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
