Your Role at Echo

Our Account Management team currently consists of three people, and you will report directly to Denisse, our Head of Account Management.

As an Account Manager at Echo, you will own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for your clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring customer success, and driving account growth.

You will take 360° ownership of your clients—from onboarding and managing technical requests to securing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and overseeing contract negotiations.

We’re looking for someone who combines a strong sales drive with a customer-first mindset—proactively growing accounts while ensuring clients remain satisfied and successful with Echo’s services.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their needs.

  • Drive growth and retention by securing renewals, reducing churn, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Oversee contracts and negotiations, managing renewals and commercial discussions with your accounts.

  • Lead onboarding and adoption, ensuring new clients successfully launch and quickly realize value from Echo.

  • Handle and coordinate technical or operational requests, working closely with Product, Tech, and Delivery teams when needed.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights to improve our product and services.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver the best customer experience and continue improving Echo’s offering.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or another B2B client-facing role.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • A commercial mindset, with experience driving renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.

  • Experience managing contracts and leading client negotiations.

  • Highly customer-centric, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and delivery teams to resolve client needs.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
