Our Web3 Team is currently developing a Social Hub, long-term retention engine for the TapNation ecosystem. It is an innovative offerwall app that bridges our casual mobile players with Web3 rewards. Through seamless blockchain technology, this application rewards our community by converting their in-game time directly into real rewards.

To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Freelance React Native Developer (4+ years experience) to join the Web3 squad 💪

Role Overview 👀
As a React Native Developer on the Social Hub, you will be responsible for building the core consumer-facing application. You will work in a tight-knit, agile squad, requiring constant communication to ensure a seamless user experience.

Your missions:

• Develop the Social Hub: Build and scale our consumer application, focusing on high-quality UI/UX for social features and asset management.

• Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily syncs with the Product Manager (Owner) and the Backend Developer to align on technical specs, API integrations, and product roadmap.

• Web3 Implementation: Integrate wallet connectivity and blockchain interactions into a user-friendly social interface.

• API Integration: Work closely with the Backend dev to consume and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for real-time social interactions.

• Quality & Stores: Setup automated tests, maintain the codebase, and manage the full deployment cycle (App Store & Google Play).

• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical debt, rejection issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Profile:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience with React Native (Consumer-facing apps preferred).

• Team Player: Proven ability to work in sync with PMs and Backend devs in an agile environment.

• Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of TypeScript, State Management (Redux/Zustand), and mobile performance optimization.

• AI-Native: Proficient in integrating LLMs and building AI-first interfaces (streaming, prompt engineering, generative UI) optimized for mobile UX

• Web3 Savvy: Experience or strong interest in Ethers.js, WalletConnect, and the Web3 ecosystem.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills (English native or fluent) to ensure smooth daily coordination.

• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments where we iterate quickly on the Social Hub features.
