Description

The Business Development Manager – IPC/IoT at ASUS is responsible for driving customer acquisition, generating leads, and managing prospects. This role involves engaging with potential clients to present IPC/IOT products, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong business relationships and contributing to the company's growth by closing sales and enhancing revenue.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, provide solutions and support, and handle follow-up inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with management on sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting.
  • Stay informed about the company’s product and service offerings.
Knowledge and Skills:
    
  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • High-energy, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business development goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.  
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent years of experience.
Work Experience
   
  • Minimum 3+ years in IPC and/or IOT business development or key account management.
Preferred Qualifications:
       
  • Experience with industry-specific sales strategies and networking.
  • Familiarity with product and service offerings related to IPC/IOT technologies.
Working Conditions:
    
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer, and using office equipment for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.
